Should I pray qasr if I don’t stop at my native place on the way to Kokan?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I go from Mumbai to a place in Kokan which is 250 km away but on the way I pass through my native place which is about 3 km from the place I visit but I do not stop at my native place home. Should I pray qasr at the place I visit?
