Question

Is There a Supplication to Cure Diabetes? Please suggest a supplication to cure diabetes?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate. We pray that Allah guides us to lives of peace and contentment in this life and the next.

There are several supplications from the Sunna for diseases in general. Please refer to the advice below, and Allah knows best.

Advice for Shifa (Healing)

It would be good to recite the entire Quran, and then supplicate it for all other Muslims. After completing a recital of the Quran, supplications are blessed and accepted if Allah wills.

Moreover, it would help if you spend time in worship, repaying her debts to Allah, seeking forgiveness, mercy, and raising ranks. Abundantly supplicate, for He loves to be asked, and remember to always have a good opinion of Allah by being a worshipful, grateful slave.

Finally, realize the words of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace), “No fatigue, illness, anxiety, sorrow, harm or sadness afflicts any Muslim, even to the extent of a thorn pricking him, without Allah wiping out his mistakes by it.” [Bukhari; Muslim]
