can some one use the name “AFeer” for his son the name of Holy Prophat Donkey. (i read in one islamic book )the name of Holy Prophat was ‘Afeer” kindly guide me can i use this name for my son……

Afeer is derived from afira which means: having grey colour. Afeer means: meat dried in sun, Afeerah a woman not giving gift to her neighbour. According to Hadith, the best names are Abdullah and Abdur Rahman, or you can choose any other name from the names of Sahaba or Awliya, they will be cause of more blessing.
