The numbers of Qadyanis (mirzai) are getting higher in our office. At the time of interview they do not disclose their religion and as per official policy we cannot investigate religion. We have recently felt that they might be preaching to some targeted people. Now under these conditions we have following questions: (1) Is it OK to hire Qadiyanis? We are a software development company and usually we hire for Software Engineers. (2) Some Qadiyanis offer their prayer at same prayer area where we Muslims do. We offer Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib with jamah in office. Can we let them offer prayer in same area?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 59/47/H=1433)
(1) It is not lawful for you to hire the Qadiyanis. Especially it is haram to hire those Qadiyanis whose target is to misguide Muslims.
(2) Ask those Qadiyanis in good manner and wisdom that they should not offer salah at the place where Muslims offer.
