Is it permissible to use Interest money to make a toilet in a Relative’s house?

Assalamualaikum 1-Is it permissible to use Intrest money to make a toilet in Relatives house? 2-Is it permissible to take Mortgage from bank to buy a house,In uk some Ulama say its permissible if a person hasn’t got a house of his own?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 303/206=L/1430)

It is not allowed to use it. It should be given in charity to the poor and needy.

(2) Please, ask the Ulama in London to write it down and send it to us, then we shall reply you in-shaAllah.
