As salam amailum my wife she bought ear ring which has stones neelam. she want to confirm, with somebody before wearing. those it is related to stars. please let me know. Jazakallah kahir

The neelam stones embedded in earring are not related to stars, they are only for adornment. Your wife can wear those earrings, there is no wrong whatsoever.
