Is there another solution to the problem other than giving one talaq and completing the iddat?

I told my wife if you will talk to your brother in law nadem in life three talaq quran ki kasam. if I give my wife one t—q and camplete the iddat after this she out my nikah. than talk to her brother in law and i will do nikah again to her. this right or rong this is soloution of this problem or another solution please tell.
