Assalamualaikum, My mom does niyath that if so and so thing happends she would observe one days fast.Now she has many fasts pending and as her health is not permitting she does it whenever she can slowly one by one.Is it possible to pay kaffarah for the fasts since she is not in good health to do that.What will be the kaffarah for one fast?

If your mother verbally did not make a vow for keeping fast, so simply due to intention keeping fast was not wajib, and when it was not wajib so there is no kaffarah (expiation).
