Question

Is there any issue with a female non-Muslim nurse touching the dead body of a Muslim male?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

In regards to the question asked just as it is better that a male doctor/nurse treats [i] a Muslim male patient when alive it is better that a male doctor/nurse touches the body after passing away.

However if for some reason you cannot find a male doctor/or nurse who is able to fulfil this duty is not available then only out of need (where necessary) this  will  be permissible under the following fiqhi ruling ;

Necessity allows prohibition [ii]

Only Allah knows best
