Question

My husband was forced to sign triple talaq by his brothers and first wife saying they would do a case with social services and he would never see his sons again and his mother would disown him forever I was not in a state of purity at the time he did not utter the words to me and not did he give me the paper he signed the first wife’s brother posted it to me a week later I did not get to read it as my husband was on the phone to me just by chance when it was posted through my door I informed him a letter has come but it is evening and it has no postal stamp he ordered me to rip it up so I did my husband said he signed out of fear and knew it meant nothing and never had any intention of divorcing me that they made him sign a paper which he did not read or utter the words of divorce

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
