Possible Dirt on Limbs of Wudu

Answered as per Shafi'i Fiqh by Seekersguidance.org

Question: I often get dirt on my fingers after wiping my ears. Does this make my wudu invalid?

Answer:

Wa alaykum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Dear questioner,

Thank you for your important question.

No, that doesn’t matter. And even if your fingers did get dirt on them after having washed them, it wouldn’t matter.

Just focus on washing off your sins and changing your spiritual state. Washing your physical limbs is quite easy and shouldn’t be made too complex.
