Wa ‘alaykum assaalam wa rahmatullah wa barrakatuh.
I pray you are well.
Allah loves His creation and wants to manifest His infinite love, kindness, and favor on them. That is why He created us. However, people’s choices and actions can make them hateful to Allah.
Those who are in Hell forever are there due to their rejection of Allah, His favors, His guidance, and the truth He revealed. They are because they are disbelievers. “Indeed, Allah does not love the disbelievers.” [Qur’an, 33:4]
So, no, He does not love those who are in Hell forever. This is due to their own actions and choices.
May Allah protect us from such actions and choices, and make us of those whom He loves. Amin.
