Is it permissable to work as an inheritance and conveyancing lawyer?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org
Answer

It is permissible for a Muslim to work as an inheritance lawyer.

When dealing with Muslim clients, he should advise them to draw up their wills according to the Shari?ah Laws of Inheritance and Succession. The lawyer should also seek advise from the Ulama regarding the laws of inheritance in Shari?ah. We do not know what is meant by ?conveyancing lawyer?.
