Is it permissible to wrap myself with a blanket whilst in the state of Ihram?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulfiqh.com

Question:

Is it permissible to wrap myself with a blanket whilst in the state of Ihram?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to wrap yourself in a blanket whilst in the state of Ihram. One may cover the whole body except the face and the head.  The feet can be covered too with the blanket.[1]
