I am planning on buying phone cases & accessories from China to sell them from my shop.
Some of the Chinese companies simply copy designs from companies in the West and sell at cheaper prices. Is it permissible to buy products from these companies?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, it is permissible to purchase products which are replicas. However, this should not be against the law of the country you reside in. Furthermore, you must make your customers aware that these products are replicas.
