إن البقعة التي اجتمع فيها الناس تلعنهم أو تستغفر لهم
Answer:
Allamah Subki (rahimahullah) and ‘Allamah ‘Iraqi (rahimahullah) have stated that they have not come across any basis for this narration.

Translation
The piece of land in which people gather will either curse them or seek forgiveness on behalf of them
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
