Is it allowed to join zuhr with asr prayers because of rain? (Hanbali Fiqh)

Q: Is it allowed to join Zuhr with Asr prayers because of rain?
A: No. It is only permissible to join Maghrib and Isha due to rain which soaks the clothes and is coupled with hardship.
