Can a khaalo or khaala give zakat to his/her duaghter-in-law (bahoo) who  is also the givers niece (sagi bhanji) by relation? In other way considering the relationship of sagi bhanji can khaalo or khaala give zakat to daughter-in-law (bahoo) who is also sagi bhanji?
