Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta Deoband Waqf
Interest received from a non Islamic bank into my account .. Does the interest given to the poor physically have to be from that account or can the equivalent interest amount be given from another account or other savings.

Answer:

Ref. No. 41/1029

In the name of Allah the most gracious the most merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

The amount of interest given to the poor is not required to be from the same account in which the interest was received. The amount in bank as it is in account holder’s hands. So, if the amount credited to any account of account holder it is regarded as in his hands. There is no wrong in giving the same amount of money (equal to interest) from other accounts or even from one’s pocket. (See Fiqhul Buyoo’ by Mufti Taqi Usmani for detail)

And Allah knows best
