Is there a way to reconcile the oath taken and not have to pay kaffarah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
A person swore that he will not talk to his wife for one month. Now should he fulfill his oath or break his oath and pay kaffarah? If he should break the oath and pay kaffarah, what is the kaffarah?

(Fatwa: 620/575/M=6/1439)

He should break his oath and pay the kaffarah. The kaffarah of oath is that ten poor persons are fed two times full stomach or they are given clothes. In case he is not able to do so then he should keep fast for three continuous days.
