In our village we have Masjid and opposite of that one madrasa, recently Masjid committee install underground water pump, opposite of that we have one separate madrasa premises. Can we use underground water of Masjid for the purpose of madrasa?

In the question mentioned above when the masjid committee is installing water pump for the mosque then it shall not be lawful for you to take water from the water pump of the mosque permanently for your madrasa.
