Salam, does a person have to be in wadu to read 4 qul or ayutal kursi without holding Quran or Kitaa in your hand

Answer:

Bismillah

It is permitted to recite from the Quraan without touching it in a state of minor ritual impurity, and it is not permitted if in a state of major ritual impurity.
