Meanings of Mawlana and Mufti

Answer:

Bismillah

Mawlana means literally our master but traditionally refers to graduates from an Islamic institution called Darul Uloom, which includes the study of at least the six major books of hadith.

Mufti literally means the one who answers questions and traditionally referred to a person after graduating from his Alim course, specialises in Islamic Jurisprudence and giving Fatwas under the supervision of experienced Muftis.
