1. What are the criteria and/or the attribute a person or a nation should have to get the help of Allah the Almighty. 2. Is it necessary that every person of a group or nation should have the qualities that will make the help of Allah the Almighty wajib on them or is it enough that the leadership of that group or nation to have these qualities.
Answer
1. The main criterion is Taqwa – Allah-Consciousness.
2. This is solely the right of Allah. He may send down his assistance even
due to the blessing of a single pious soul or He may withhold His assistance
due to the ill-fate of a single impious person,
and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best
