1. Does black magic cause cancer?

2. Can we know who did black magic on us?

1. Nothing can happen without the will of Allah Ta`ala and everything can happen with His will.

2. This is all guessing and speculation. Many a times innocent people are accused. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
