Q: I’m in urgent need of something. Is there any kind of amal or dua so that Allah grants my wish/hazaat?

Bismillaah

A: Beg Allah Ta`ala sincerely after every namaaz and don’t be in a hurry to see results.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
