Q: Why is it said that people’s punishment in jahannam stopped during Ramadhaan? Isn’t the punishment will be held on till qiyamah?
A: It does not mean that the punishment being stopped in Ramadhaan is that it is not continuous. It is just as you say that the child goes to school all the time though he has some breaks, small holidays, and big holidays.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
