How does a Hindu girl convert to Islam for marriage if her family isn’t Muslim?

If a Hindu girl reverts back to Islam at the time of her marriage who can be her wali, as none of her family memebers are muslim?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1474/1219=L/1429)

If she is balighah (mature) she can appoint anyone as wakil on behalf of her. When a girl becomes mature the guardianship of her father or brother etc comes to an end.
