Is it right to say if we will remember Allah he will also remember us if we will forget him he will also forget us?

Yes, it is correct. Both these things are present in the Holy Quran.
فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ [البقرة : 152]
نَسُواْ اللّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ [التوبة : 67]
