I am married one year before and in-shaAllah my wife will deliver in coming January 2017. Once in June/July 2016 I find my wife’s behavior same as of my mother. So in a deep love (towards my wife) I called her my mother (mere maa). My Question: Will it affect any way for our marriage or my coming son/daughter or I need to make any fasting or to give charity. Please note: I called my wife only in a deep love and never did it again.

The word mentioned above will neither affect negatively your nikah nor your children. It will not invite any financial or physical kaffarah either. However, you must avoid saying your wife ‘mother’ in future as it is undesirable.
