Zakah on unwithdrawn Provident Fund?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I am working in a private firm on monthly salary. (1) Is zakah valid on Provident Fund when we have not withdrawn that and also don’t have any intention now to withdraw. The amount is getting accumulated in my PF account. Though we can withdraw some partial amount as per government rules. And we can withdraw full amount when we leave this company.
(2) Is zakah valid on gratuity amount? A servant gets some money as gratuity if he has completed more than 5 years in a company and now is leaving the company. I have completed more than 5 years and also looking for a new job. I will get this money only when I resign from this company.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(1) Zakah is not wajib on PF amount right now. When you withdraw this amount after you are retired from your employment then zakah shall be wajib on it as per the condition of zakah.
(2) This amount also carries the same ruling as of PF and no zakah is wajib on it right now.
