My mother has one sister and one brother, they want to sell their house that they inherited from their parents. My question is that, how the money, which will be obtained after selling the house, will be distributed among them (i.e. one brother and two sisters), according to Shariah. (Note- All of them legally inherit the house).

If those who want to sell the house are the sole heirs of the house then the amount shall be divided into four shares out of which the brother shall get 2 shares while 1-1 share shall go to each sister.
