Can any person use his interest money for the construction of toilets for masjid and that like for Diniyat madrasa as well. So what is your fatwa?

(Fatwa: 1105/1110/M=9/1434)
It is not right to use the interest money to construct toilets for the mosque or madrasa. Such malicious amount should be given in charity to the poor and needy ones without the intention of reward.
