Is it permissible to sell unused company equipment and use the money for personal use?

I am working in a company & this company has some equipments in spare which will never be used & can be scrapped. My Manager has asked me to get them scrap & he doesn’t expect any money out of it. Wheras i know that these equipments can be sold in the market & can get some money out of it. Please advise, if i make an arrangement with a company to collect all these equipments from my company & send it to my home or sell it in the market & then pay me that money & i can use that money for my day to day purpose. Will this money be considered as “Halal”
