Q: Is it permissible for women to park outside the qabarastaan and make dua?

Bismillaah

A: It is best for women to remain at home and make dua, recite a portion of the Qur’an and convey the rewards to the deceased.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
