Did Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) engage in jihaad with the sahaaba?

Q: My question is did the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) engage in jihaad with the Sahaaba? If so, how many of the mushrikeen did he kill?

Bismillaah

A: Yes.

There is no record of him killing anybody though he used to be in the forefront in every jihaad.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
