Asking someone regarding the future

Q: I am going to apply for my registration in general medical council. Will it be done? I am very worried as I have to call my parents here and want to help them but I am trapped. Please do let me know.

Bismillaah

A: The knowledge of the future is known only to Allah Ta’ala. No one has the knowledge of the future besides Allah Ta’ala. To ask someone regarding the future is haraam.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
