Is My Nikah Valid?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Me and my husband did love marriage. My in-laws didn’t like it so they forced my husband to give divorce but he didn’t say talaaq talaaq talaaq but we signed the legal documents of divorce and after on we did court marriage and then after two years my husband said talaaq talaaq talaaq and after two days we patched up. Is our nikaah valid? Please answer me as soon as possible.

Bismillaah

A: The nikaah is not valid. It is compulsory for you to separate. It is haraam for you to live together.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
