Tenants cooking pork in the landlord’s kitchen

Q: I have a question. We have two tenants in our attic and they both cook pork and they use the same kitchen as us. What would be the ideal thing to do and what impact would cooking pork in the house of a Muslim have?

A: Terminate their tenancy if you cannot give them another place to do their cooking.
