Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

The meaning of the name A’irah is “defective, frightened roaming person, anything that causes defect to the eyes, hesitant between two groups”. The word A’irah has also been used to describe a Munafiq (hypocrite). It is not a suitable name to keep.

It is permissible to keep the name Eemaan.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
