Blessings and peace be upon Prophet Mohammad: The Fatwa committee at the General Iftaa` Department reviewed the “Istisna`”(custom order) contract obtained from Cities and Villages Development Bank, and found that it is based on the integrals stipulated in Islamic law and has no religious prohibitions, so there is no harm in dealing with it.
