Is it proper to wear bracelets carved with Ayats?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
Recently I went to a party and saw some women wearing bracelets (kada) made up of gold but carved with the writings of Aayatul Kursi and ring carved with Kalima Shahadat in Arabic. Are we allowed to wear such kind of jewelries? This subject was a point of debate among us.

It could be worn but it ought not to be disrespected. A person should not enter into restrooms with it or throw it on the ground etc. if it’s worn and taken off properly with respect it would be allowed.
