I Want to know can we have a girl friend or not if not please state me hadith.
To have a girlfriend is not allowed because it necessitates a conversation, which is not allowed. They both would be together which is also not allowed. This is prohibited very strictly. A strange man cannot see a strange woman; sometimes a person can fall into sin through this. So, having a girlfriend can lead you to many sins.
