Assalamualaikum
Is it permissible to name our islamic school “Al Quba School” with alif and lam?
It is permissible to name the school as Quba however it is perferable to name it without the alif and laam.i.e. Quba Islamic School.

- Could you please advise us what method of salat time calculation should be taken for Muslims in Minnesota. Majority of Muslim here follow ISNA salat time for Isha and Fajar, which is 15 degree. According to the fatwa of Mufti Taqi Usmani, we follow 18 degree for both Isha and Fajar.
