What do the scholars say about the sending of money abroad on the black market, from a non-Muslim country and to a non-Muslim country?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

In general, one is bound to obeying the laws of the land one is in. Not doing so is deception, which is not permitted in the Shariah.

Wassalam,

Faraz Rabbani
