Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.

Given the firm prohibition of tattoos, to would be incorrect to use removable tattoos as well–because it is not correct to perform an action that resembles the impermissible. [ Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar ]
