Are videos or pictures worse than the other for being haram?

It is impermissible to take pictures through a camera or video.

Ibn ‘Umar (Radhiallahu Ta’ala Anhu), “The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said,
“On the Day of Judgment, the picture-makers will be punished and will be told, “Bring to life what you have created.” (Bukhari)

On the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas (Radhiallahu Ta’ala Anhu) who said,
“I heard the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) saying, “Every picture-maker will be in Hell-Fire, in which there will be, with every picture he has made (in the worldly life), a soul with which he will be tortured.” (Muslim)

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
