Can a non-baligh person with a beard and broken voice lead taraweeh prayers?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
if a person is not baligh but has a beard and voice has broken is he allowed to lead the taraweeh prayers?

Answer
Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

It is difficult to believe that a person is not baaligh when he has a beard and his voice has broken etc. The Fuqaha state that a person becomes Baaligh either by signs of puberty or when he reaches 15 Islamic years.

Additionally, the Salah led by a person who is not Baligh (mature) will not be accepted.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
