Q: Three talaaqs were given at once. I was not paak at the time. Is it valid? Also I found a taweez two weeks later and both my husband and I suspect something was done for us to be separated.
A: The three talaaqs are valid and the nikaah has terminated.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
