Kufr beliefs of the shias

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by

Q: Someone said this: “anyone who says that they believe and ascribe to the fundamental beliefs of the Shia is a kaafir” and also: “Anyone who believes in the fundamental beliefs of the Shias is a kaafir.” Is there anything wrong with these statements, are they correct?

A: The kufr beliefs of the shiahs will amount to kufr.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
